Transcendental
Meditation is easy and enjoyable, bringing the mind to a silent but
fully awake state of awareness — Transcendental Consciousness—the
source of thought, the inner reservoir of creativity, energy, and
intelligence.
Unlike
other meditation techniques, there is no concentration or
contemplation, no effort, no attempt to hold or control the mind.
Instead, Transcendental Meditation makes use of the natural tendency of
the mind – the mind's natural inclination to move towards a field of
greater happiness. This makes it easy for anyone to practise. Leading
quantum physicist Dr John Hagelin has identified Transcendental Consciousness as the home
of all the laws of Nature—the Unified Field which
governs the orderly functioning and evolution of the universe.
