The introductory meeting is free of charge, and gives an overview of the benefits of Transcendental Meditation and how it is done. The talk lasts a little over one hour. There will be an opportunity afterwards to register for a course of instruction, but there is no pressure to do so. This meeting is essentially an informative session – plus an opportunity for you to ask questions and meet the TM teachers.

Group meditations are held every Wednesday at 5.45pm, for those already practising Transcendental Meditation. The group meditation is followed by a short videotape lecture, usually 10-20 minutes long. You can stay for this lecture, or leave at 6.30 pm straight after the meditation.
